Job overview 

  • We are seeking for a resourceful and client-focused Client Relationship officer to join our growing team.
  • This role is critical to our operations, bridging communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Clients, vendors, and internal operations teams.
  • Attend to all client-related matters and communications under the supervision of the Operations manager or designated supervisor
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to client and vendor queries via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Support in managing vendor relationships, maintaining the vendor database, and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Handle budgeting, invoicing, documentation, and other administrative processes related to projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track production timelines, material requests, and purchase orders for ongoing projects.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide updates on project status, challenges, and client feedback.
  • Monitor onsite activities such as branding, activations, etc, providing detailed feedback to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Investigate project challenges, identify root causes, and propose actionable resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in client service, operations support, or project supervision/coordination (preferably within an advertising or experiential marketing agency).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
