The Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) is a membership based non-profit making professional management organization committed to the promotion of excellence and integrity in the practice of management. The Institute was established in 1954 as a premier institute that provides management consultancy and capacity building services to corporate organizations and other institutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in relevant area.
- Professional certification in management, governance and/or leadership.
- At least five years in training and/or consultancy.
- At least five years in senior management.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- KIM membership will be an added advantage.
- Publications, published papers and articles will also be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and passionate about institutional excellence.
