Responsibilities
- Engage in a presales technical consultancy role to provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales/sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution.
- Provide adequate support to the Sales team and drive the business through effective Presales Engagement in order to achieve set revenue targets.
- Articulate the Company’s technology and product portfolio and position it to both business and technical users.
- Consult with technical teams about capabilities and support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
Qualifications / Technical Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Eng./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
- 3-5 years work experience.
- Possession of ITIL certification.
- Possession of relevant OEM professional certifications
- Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.) and ability to architect these solutions.
- Sever virtualization technologies (Xenserver, VMware Vsphere, HyperV Nutanix, etc.)
- Desktop (VDI) and Application virtualization technologies.
- Web application delivery, networking (Loadbalancing – F5, NetScaler etc.)
- Knowledge of mobility solutions (Airwatch, Xenmobile, Mass360, Blackberry etc.) Hardware and storage (HP, IBM, etc.) Operating systems (windows, Linux, UNIX, power systems – AIX etc.)
- Knowledge of backup & recovery and monitoring (infrastructure, application, network etc.) solutions.
- Demo/POV/POC.
- Age : 35-45 years.
