Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Identifying business challenges and developing data-driven solutions or recommendations.
- Modeling: Creating quantitative models (e.g., forecasting, optimization, statistical analysis) to simulate scenarios and predict outcomes.
- Reporting: Translating complex analysis into clear, concise presentations and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Working with team leads to implement changes based on your analytical findings.
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- Recent graduate with 0-3 years of experience post graduation
- A Proven Analytical Mindset: You enjoy breaking down complex problems, using logic, and working with numbers.
- Proficiency in Analysis Tools: Must have SQL skills, basic programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness and a commitment to accuracy in your work.
- Clear Communication: The ability to explain technical concepts and data findings to non-technical audiences.
