Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team
- The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making
- This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Conduct statistical analysis and develop predictive models to support forecasting and planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed
- Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques
- Knowledge of database management systems
