Job Summary
- The Data Engineer will be responsible for building and optimising the data pipeline architecture, data flow, and data collection for Hydrogen.
- The Data Engineer will support the technology, product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams of Hydrogen with insights gained from data analysis.
- The Data Engineer is responsible for using data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with data warehousing, SQL, and big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Scala, or HDInsight.
- Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to manipulate, process, and derive insights from large and complex datasets using business intelligence and analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL.
- Statistical & Machine Learning Competence: Strong understanding of advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, and neural networks.
