- The Data & Growth Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on OVU’s key growth and operational metrics.
- This role will support decision-making by providing actionable insights that improve partner onboarding, user acquisition, engagement, and overall business performance.
- The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the number of partners onboarded, route coverage, and market penetration.
- Track app installs, bookings, revenues, and user engagement on a daily and weekly basis.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for the leadership team.
- Deliver actionable insights to support marketing, operations, and product optimization.
- Identify bottlenecks in growth and operational performance and recommend improvements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and reliability of daily/weekly growth reports.
- Timeliness of insight delivery to leadership and functional teams.
- Measurable impact of insights on improving campaign efficiency (CAC, CPI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably in startups, tech, or fintech sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
