Job Overview
You will be responsible for verifying delivery notes, accurately inputting data into the system, and ensuring all information is complete and correct. This role involves, identifying and correcting discrepancies, and maintaining organized and up-to-date records to support smooth operational processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field such as Actuarial Science, Information and Data management Systems, or Accounting.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and external stakeholders.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when preparing reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) and comfortable with using Google sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Description
- Conduct periodic audits on data quality in line with company policies.
- Prepare and present weekly key results to management and trends.
- Develop baselines for waste received from malls and identify discrepancies.
- Identify any gaps in the data collection and reporting process, bring up solutions and push for implementation
- Support management team on wide range of data-handling requests
- Verifying delivery notes.
- Follow up on spotted data inconsistencies to optimize accurate recording.
- Implement corrective measures and validation procedures to improve data accuracy and reliability
