- The Data Scientist & Digital Transformation Consultant will leverage advanced data analytics and digital technologies to drive evidence-based decision-making and modernisation of systems. The role will focus on transforming legacy processes into digital-first infrastructures while supporting data-driven policy design, programme monitoring, and impact measurement.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree in any related field is an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data science or digital transformation.
- Proficiency in statistical and machine learning tools (Python, R, SQL).
- Experience with data governance, privacy standards, and policy analytics.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into accessible insights.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud solutions, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with donor-funded projects and development sector data requirements.
