Job Overview
- The Data Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s data infrastructure, ensuring that all data systems operate efficiently, securely, and accurately.
- The role involves managing databases, optimizing data flows, ensuring system integration across departments, and supporting data-driven decision-making through reliable reporting and analytics platforms.
Requirements
- BSc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related fields
- Master’s Degree in Information Systems or Data Analytics is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing data systems, databases, or MIS functions.
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and system integration.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Understanding of data governance, data privacy regulations, and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Certifications in data management or database administration (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Oracle or similar).
- Experience in ERP or enterprise software implementation.
