Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Engineer Annotator with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, automation, and production reliability.
- In this role, you will evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated DevOps code and infrastructure configurations to support the development of advanced coding models.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated infrastructure-as-code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, container configurations, and cloud architecture scripts.
- Assess correctness, scalability, fault tolerance, security posture, and maintainability of DevOps implementations.
- Identify misconfigurations, inefficient deployment strategies, insecure secrets handling, and performance bottlenecks.
- Review CI/CD workflows for reliability, rollback safety, testing integration, and environment separation.
- Provide detailed technical justifications explaining evaluation decisions.
- Develop and refine structured annotation rubrics aligned with modern DevOps and SRE best practices.
- Collaborate with ML and product teams to translate real-world infrastructure workflows into structured evaluation frameworks.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and technical depth in annotations.
- Build lightweight test environments or validation scripts where necessary to verify deployment behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Proven experience managing production environments in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response practices.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, including IAM configuration, secrets management, and network security.
