Job Overview
- Were looking for a hotshot Engineering Lead / Solutions Architect to drive digital transformation and modernization across complex enterprise systems. This person will lead by design combining deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and hands-on engineering insight.
- The role requires a blend of strategic architecture thinking and delivery execution, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions, mentor developers, and ensure alignment to enterprise patterns.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement end-to-end solution architectures across front-end, middleware, and integration layers.
- Create and govern reusable frameworks, design patterns, and reference architectures.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure solution alignment to overall enterprise strategy.
- Modernize legacy ESP stacks into API-first, microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure integration excellence seamless orchestration between systems via APIs, middleware, and event-driven designs.
- Engineering Delivery
- Guide front-end teams (React, modern JavaScript frameworks) and integration teams to build scalable, maintainable digital platforms.
- Translate business and technical requirements into well-structured, executable solutions.
- Oversee the technical implementation code reviews, design validations, and architectural sign-offs.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, enforce DevOps practices, and ensure quality and performance standards.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead cross-functional teams through influence, design authority, and delivery excellence.
- Coach developers, solution engineers, and analysts on architecture best practices.
- Instill a culture of technical curiosity, rigor, and accountability.
