Job Overview
- We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Feature Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and feature analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support Agile delivery. This role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure features meet business objectives and drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and feature requirements across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals and Agile practices.
- Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance feature delivery.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and maintain documentation standards.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and address any ambiguities.
Skills
- Experience in Financial Industries.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
