Job overview
- We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications.
- You’ll work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to build seamless, scalable, and visually appealing user experiences for clients across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into functional mobile solutions.
- Implement responsive and visually consistent UI/UX designs across Android and iOS platforms.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in Flutter development.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years hands-on experience using Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and a good understanding of State Management (e.g. Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
- Experience integrating APIs, Firebase, and cloud-based services.
- Good understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Knowledge of backend frameworks (Node.js, Laravel, etc.).
- Experience working in fintech, consulting, or digital product development environments.
