REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of HND/BSc degree in a related field
- Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (experience in agricultural is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude is compulsory.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers.
- Provide accurate information about the farm’s products and services.
- Process customer’s orders.
- Record and relay messages promptly to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front office operations, including receiving guests and directing them appropriately.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with production or sales teams.
