Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
- The ideal candidate will work across the full technology stack, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, SpringMVC, and Spring Security
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Build responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Design, optimize, and manage databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong hands-on experience withJavaandSpring Boot
- Solid understanding of theSpring ecosystem(Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security)
- Experience designing and consumingRESTful APIs
- Proficiency in frontend technologies:HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (React/Angular/Vue)
- Strong knowledge ofSQL, database design, and data modeling
- Experience using version control systems such asGit
- Familiarity withmicroservices architecture
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience withDockerand containerization
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of messaging systems such asKafkaorRabbitMQ
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity withSwagger/OpenAPIfor API documentation
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise-scale systems.
