Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Engineer Annotator with deep expertise across frontend and backend systems.
- In this role, you will evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated full-stack code to support the development of advanced coding models.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated frontend and backend code across technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go.
- Assess correctness, maintainability, scalability, performance, and security across the full stack.
- Identify logical flaws, state management issues, inefficient API integrations, database design problems, and frontend rendering inefficiencies.
- Review UI implementation for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Provide detailed technical justifications explaining evaluation decisions.
- Develop and refine structured annotation rubrics aligned with modern full-stack engineering standards.
- Collaborate with ML and product teams to translate real-world development workflows into model evaluation frameworks.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure consistency, depth, and technical accuracy in annotations.
- Build small test cases or scripts to validate API responses, frontend behavior, or integration logic where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications from frontend to backend.
- Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, state management, database design, authentication/authorisation, and secure coding practices.
- Experience conducting structured code reviews in collaborative development environments.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical reasoning.
