- Instruction and coaching: Teach and guide individuals and groups on proper exercise techniques and form.
- Program development: Design and prescribe workout programs, fitness classes, and health promotion activities tailored to different ages, abilities, and needs.
- Safety and maintenance: Monitor gym safety, report hazards, maintain fitness equipment, and ensure the facility is clean, tidy, and organized.
- Client engagement: Motivate clients to improve performance, provide support during exercises, and help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
- Administrative tasks: Schedule counseling sessions, evaluate program effectiveness, and promote gym services.
