KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Formulate and execute comprehensive IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business goals
- Champion digital transformation initiatives across all business units and operational functions
- Provide strategic technology counsel to the executive leadership team and board of directors
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practices
Operational Excellence
- Oversee enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, and network architecture
- Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks, data protection protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
- Lead system integration projects, software implementations, and technology modernization initiatives
- Maintain business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk management strategies
Financial Management
- Develop and manage comprehensive IT budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts, technology partnerships, and service level agreements
- Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining service quality and performance standards
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple disciplines and locations
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional excellence
- Establish performance metrics, career development programs, and succession planning initiatives
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in information technology leadership roles
- At least 5 years in senior executive positions with direct reports and P&L responsibility
- Mandatory FMCG industry experience with demonstrated success in driving business growth through technology
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and enterprise-wide system implementations.
