Aspom Travel Agency is a great travel deal company incorporated on the 2nd of February 2012 to provide support to people who wants to travel to any country in the world and also helps companies who wants to organize a group tour for their staffs without stress.

 Responsibilities

  • Responnsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development.
  • Performance monitoring and employee counseling
  • Sourcing, recruiting and planning the overall HR strategy; assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure day-to-day smooth runnings of the office and that all records are kept up to date, whilst carrying out several administrative jobs.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Human Resources
  • 2-3 years work experience as an HR Officer.
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and Emotional Intelligence
  • Adept in understanding labour laws.

Preferred Skills:

  • Employee relations
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Strong observational skills.
