Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s vision, culture, and operational goals.
- Support departmental managers with manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement programs, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree or HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHRi is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources managerial role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
