Requirements
The candidate that will succeed in this position will have 5+ years’ experience in:
- User provisioning and de-provisioning
- Authentication and MFA
- Password reset and self-service features
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and SoD checks
- Access request and certification workflows
- Integration with HR, Active Directory, Cloud apps (AWS, Azure, O365, Salesforce, etc.)
- Logging, monitoring, and audit compliance
- UAT with business users
Candidate will perform
- Unit Testing – Vendor/implementer tests individual modules.
- System Integration Testing (SIT) – Validate integrations across HR, AD, and applications.
- Functional Testing – Test IAM features (provisioning, authentication, RBAC, self-service).
- Performance & Load Testing – Validate system under high transaction volumes.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Business users validate workflows and usability.
- Regression Testing – Re-test after fixes or enhancements.
