Job Overview
- We are looking for an Intermediate React Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our web applications.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, along with experience in building scalable web applications.
- You will work closely with our team of developers, product manager and designers to implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and ensure high performance and responsiveness of our applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for maximum performance across various devices and browsers
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and usability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest React.js and front-end development trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience working with React.js and Redux
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Knowledge of modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/LESS
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme
- Knowledge of server-side rendering and Node.js
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Professional Certification: Relevant certification(s) will be an advantage.
