Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Support:
- Manage and maintain all company IT hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide timely and effective technical support tall employees.
- Implement and manage security protocols tprotect company data and systems.
- Oversee IT procurement and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.
Application Management:
- Manage the full lifecycle of all company applications, from deployment tmaintenance and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all applications are secure, up-to-date, and meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot application issues and work with developers or vendors tresolve them.
- Evaluate and recommend new applications timprove operational efficiency.
Online Media & Digital Presence:
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is current, secure, and user-friendly.
- Develop and execute strategies for social media and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage online content, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor digital analytics ttrack performance and inform future strategies.
- Protect and enhance the company’s online reputation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and technical support.
- Demonstrable experience managing company applications and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media management, and website administration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability twork independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
