Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance
- Collaborate with other IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection policies
