  • We are seeking a skilled IT & Facility Manager to oversee both the technological and infrastructural aspects of our office operations. This role requires a professional with expertise in computer hardware and software
  • repair & maintenance while also efficiently managing a two-wing, four-story building facility. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and facility management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Maintenance

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Perform routine system updates, troubleshooting, and data backups.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all office IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and communication systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related challenges.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data.

Facility Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a two-wing, four-story office facility.
  • Supervise the upkeep of office infrastructure, including air conditioning, plumbing, and security systems.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and facility improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain the power supply, backup systems, and generators.

Electrical & Technical Oversight (Added Advantage)

  • Conduct regular electrical inspections and ensure proper wiring and equipment functionality.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and oversee minor repairs or liaise with external technicians.
  • Ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in IT support and facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing large office spaces or multi-story buildings.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and power management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and respond promptly to technical and facility-related issues.
