- We are seeking a skilled IT & Facility Manager to oversee both the technological and infrastructural aspects of our office operations. This role requires a professional with expertise in computer hardware and software
- repair & maintenance while also efficiently managing a two-wing, four-story building facility. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and facility management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Maintenance
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Perform routine system updates, troubleshooting, and data backups.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all office IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and communication systems.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related challenges.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data.
Facility Management
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a two-wing, four-story office facility.
- Supervise the upkeep of office infrastructure, including air conditioning, plumbing, and security systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and facility improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and maintain the power supply, backup systems, and generators.
Electrical & Technical Oversight (Added Advantage)
- Conduct regular electrical inspections and ensure proper wiring and equipment functionality.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and oversee minor repairs or liaise with external technicians.
- Ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in IT support and facility management.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing large office spaces or multi-story buildings.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and power management is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and respond promptly to technical and facility-related issues.
