Virtual Media Network (VMN) is a creative, new media and broadcast media content and properties production, acquisition, and sales company. We warehouse a wide variety of highly entertaining and multi-culturally relevant content, inhabiting multiple platforms ranging from TV to Radio, Web, Mobile, and Social Media.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.
- Supervise system and network security to safeguard against data breaches and cyber threats.
- Provide IT support and technical guidance to staff across departments.
- Oversee software installations, updates, and licensing compliance.
- Collaborate with the media and production teams to ensure smooth operation of digital platforms and content distribution systems.
- Plan, budget, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Train staff on the use of technology tools and emerging IT solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in IT management, preferably within a media, digital, or entertainment company.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, hardware/software management, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with digital content platforms, servers, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
