About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive I.T Officer to manage and maintain the company’s information technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all computer systems and devices, with a strong focus on computersprintersLAN networks, and ERP software support. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to relocate and work on-site in Onitsha.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other I.T equipment.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for system users across departments.
  • Manage and maintain LAN/WAN connections, internet configurations, and network security.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure network efficiency and data integrity.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of all I.T equipment and software licenses.
  • Provide user training and support on basic computer operations and company software.
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and overall system security.
  • Collaborate with management and ERP vendors to ensure seamless ERP system operation and integration.
  • Diagnose and resolve printer and connectivity issues promptly.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules for all I.T devices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of practical experience in I.T system support, hardware maintenance, and network management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with computer & printer installation and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in LAN, WAN, and other network connection setups.
  • Good understanding of ERP systems and related software applications.
  • Knowledge of data security, backup systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Must be willing to relocate and work full-time in Onitsha.
