Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Engineer, located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility.
- The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering systems, and offering help desk support. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to user queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance of technological systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus.
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Information Technology and System Administration experience hands-on with hardware and software.
- Proven troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of network and Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, PowerApps).
