Requirements
- A degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in IT
- Relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical unit.
