What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end AI Delivery & MLOps, ensuring models move from development to production seamlessly
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers, ML Engineers, and Data Scientists
- Drive innovation through Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, and Computer Vision
- Oversee AI infrastructure, tooling, and cloud platforms (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, Spark, etc.)
- Build advanced models (Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning)
- Ensure rigorous AI governance, documentation, model lineage, and compliance
- Establish frameworks for model observability, bias, drift, performance monitoring
- Translate business needs into AI roadmaps that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Champion agile AI delivery (sprints, rapid prototyping, iterative model enhancement)

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- 8-10 years AI/ML experience, ideally including production-grade deployments in Financial Services
- Strong expertise in MLOps, Python, ML libraries, LLM orchestration, and data engineering
- Familiarity with NDPA, AI ethics, and bias mitigation principles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to business leaders
- Strategic thinker with a product mindset and high problem‑solving ability
