- We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical MIS Executive with exceptional Excel skills to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and analysis.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights.
- Create and automate reports, charts, and graphs using Excel VBA, macros, and other tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain data management systems and processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven Excel expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, macros, pivot tables, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Sc or advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
- Certification in Excel (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist).
