Job overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mobile Developer to join our technology team on a full-time, on-site basis.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performing mobile applications.
- This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional and appealing mobile interfaces.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of applications.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on emerging mobile technologies and development trends.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in sprint planning and product reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience as a mobile developer.
- Proficiency in one or more mobile development frameworks and languages, such as:
- Flutter / Dart
- React Native
- Kotlin / Java (Android)
- Swift (iOS)
- Experience building and deploying apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, state management, and app performance optimization.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork ability.
