Responsibilities
- Core infrastructure Management: Manage, troubleshoot server infrastructure, including server deployment (VM architecture).
- Application and Data management: Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans, manage network budgets.
- Strategic planning and IT operations management: Plans and strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with network vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Network infrastructure management and Collaboration: Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems, cloud and collaboration service management
Requirements
- First degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 7 years post NSYC hands-on experience in a structured FMCG company.
- Professional Certification in CCNP, ITIL, PMP, CGEIT is an added advantage.
