Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a talented Product Designer to own Rewardful’s design vision and execution from top to bottom. As our dedicated design force behind our affiliate management platform, you’ll work side-by-side with our product manager and dev team to give our product interface a modern refresh and build a cohesive design system. You’ll have the freedom to shape our design processes and influence the product’s direction, all while working with a tight-knit team that genuinely values what you bring to the table.
Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:
- Take the reins of creating all design workflows, defining processes, and establishing a consistent approach
- Craft new designs for our user onboarding experience, making it intuitive and engaging
- Begin developing a refreshed design language that modernizes our interface while maintaining usability
Your responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, creating intuitive interfaces for complex B2B workflows
- Collaborate with product managers to transform briefs into compelling design solutions
- Partner with developers during implementation to ensure design integrity throughout the development cycle
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across the platform
- Elevate Rewardful’s overall design quality, ensuring our product feels fresh and remains competitive
What you bring to the table
- 4+ years of product design experience, with significant work on B2B SaaS applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to handle the complete design process from research to implementation
- Design systems expertise with the ability to develop new components and patterns that balance system consistency with specific product needs
- Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma, and collaboration tools like Linear, Google Workplace
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
