Responsibilities
- Prepare product direction and communication for all our products.
- Create detailing aids and presentation slides for all products.
- Train all staff on the use of detailing aids.
- Co-ordinate social media and brand communications.
- Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
- Establish and maintain brand budgets.
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience of a similar role in a pharmaceutical company is mandatory
- Ideal candidate must be a pharmacist (B.Pharm, Pharm D)
- Strong Strategic Planning and Execution capabilities
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Product Management, Product Development, and Product Launch expertise
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration and Communication skills
- Project Management and Leadership experience.
