Responsibilities

  • Prepare product direction and communication for all our products.
  • Create detailing aids and presentation slides for all products.
  • Train all staff on the use of detailing aids.
  • Co-ordinate social media and brand communications.
  • Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets.
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience of a similar role in a pharmaceutical company is mandatory
  • Ideal candidate must be a pharmacist (B.Pharm, Pharm D)
  • Strong Strategic Planning and Execution capabilities
  • Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Product Management, Product Development, and Product Launch expertise
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration and Communication skills
  • Project Management and Leadership experience.
