Product Manager at Uniccon Group

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the tech industry to lead the development, improvement, and scaling of our digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business development to ensure successful product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap with prioritized features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including concept, design, development, testing, release, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

User and Market Research

• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate product plans, progress, and updates with stakeholders across departments.
• Act as the voice of the customer in internal meetings and strategy sessions.

Metrics and Performance Monitoring

• Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
• Monitor product usage data, user feedback, and market trends to optimize product offerings.

Agile Product Management

• Own and manage the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and prioritize features.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or software company.
• Strong technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
