Job Overview
Ignite Visibility is looking for a talented international full time Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is a client-facing role that oversees the entire life of digital projects across various marketing channels from the inception stage to the launch of the completion of the project for franchise/multi-location clients.

This role involves close collaboration with external stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to define project scopes, lead the execution of marketing initiatives, and prepare regular project status reports. Success in this position requires comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments, along with the ability to adapt to shifting schedules, evolving expectations, and resource management demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, Paid Media, website, lifecycle, organic social, Content, PR, and other channels of digital marketing to deliverable marketing projects on time, on budget, and quality
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned projects across franchise and multi-location clients
  • Assist in the initial on boarding of new client projects
  • Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery
  • Set and prepare the budget, tools, scope, and timeline for digital marketing channel projects
  • Ensure project profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of timely quality work
  • Create deadlines and action items for every project team member
  • Oversee code development and testing
  • Manage project launch activities
  • Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress
  • Communicate regular project status updates for the external stakeholders
  • Responsible for obtaining client approvals for all new estimates and change orders
  • Address bottlenecks and adjust the timeline and deliverables
  • Work with team members individually to resolve any issues
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate current operational processes and performance regarding projects, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, account management team, external partners, and vendors to assist in making decisions regarding marketing project activities
  • Schedule and participate in a weekly update meeting with the Director of Operations to discuss priorities, accomplishments, and hurdles
  • Use all of the company’s business management and communication platforms to keep stakeholders informed, tasks assigned and projects well managed in accordance with deadlines
  • Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in the projects
  • Perform ongoing professional development to keep pace with changes and trends within the digital marketing industry
  • Stay on top of industry trends in order to stay on the cutting edge
  • Assist sales team with presentations and proposal development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end digital marketing projects across several channels of digital marketing disciplines
  • Experience in franchise or multi-location businesses
  • Must possess agency setting experience and experience being client-facing
  • Positive attitude and able to motivate teams to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams from strategy, design, content, and development phases
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading multiple concurrent projects across SEO, Paid Media, Email, CRO, social media, and more
  • Well-developed English communication skills with a focus on clear, intentional, friendly written and verbal communication
  • Ability to forecast, benchmark, and analyze project budgets both from an hour based as well as costs/profits approach
  • Demonstrated skills and ability in project management and planning, project risk management, resource management, budget management, and team coordination
  • Hands-on experience with project management software such as Monday.com or similar project management system
  • Communicates effectively in English and is comfortable leading internal and external meetings
  • Demonstrates excellent time-management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, including exercising professional judgment
