Job Overview
- We’re looking for a Mobile and Web App QA/Tester to help ensure our products work smoothly, look great, and deliver a great experience. You’ll test features, find bugs, and work closely with our development team to maintain quality across devices and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create and run test plans and test cases
- Test mobile and web apps for usability, performance, and functionality
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Zoho Projects or JIRA
- Work with developers to fix issues and verify improvements
- Test across browsers and mobile devices
- Ensure apps meet user experience and design standards
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience testing mobile and web apps
- Good understanding of QA processes and testing tools
- Experience with Android, iOS, and various browsers
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Qualities
- Experience in fintech or financial apps
- Familiarity with automation tools
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Eagerness to learn and improve
