Job overview
- The Retail Distribution Officer will handle product logistics, supervise truck loading operations, and ensure accurate reconciliation of petroleum products.
- The role involves monitoring product movement, maintaining stock records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise product loading, dispatch, and delivery.
- Reconcile product quantities and prepare stock reports.
- Track loaded trucks from depot to delivery point.
- Work with the Accounts team on waybill and invoice reconciliation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (DPR, PEF) during loading operations.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and proper documentation.
Requirements
- OND in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in depot or logistics operations.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow safety procedures.
