Job overview
- The RPA Developer will support the Technology & Innovation team to manage automation projects/initiatives with the aim of enhancing service delivery across the organization.
- Support technical design development and maintenance of RPA applications and associated components
- Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization
- Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
- Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
- Documenting the automation procedures
- Incorporate accurate unit testing practices into development processes.
- Business process requirements gathering, analysis and distilling for automation.
- Coordinate with other members of the Technology & Innovation team such as business analysts, Product Managers, and other functions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts (bots, triggers, queues, selectors, attended/unattended automation etc).
- Familiarity with at least one automation platform:
- UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. (Preferably UiPath or Power Automate)
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of API integration and data exchange (REST, JSON, XML).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn automation architecture, AI/ML integration, and process optimization.
