Job overview

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate and other RPA tools
- Translate business requirements into efficient and reusable automation solutions
- Analyze and optimize existing processes for automation opportunities
- Integrate automation with systems like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Outlook, and other enterprise platforms
- Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and documentation of bots
- Provide production support for existing bots, including monitoring and issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new automation use cases and ensure alignment with business goals
- Leverage Co-Pilot to enhance automation capabilities and user experience
