Job overview
- We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, remove impediments, and ensure the team follows Scrum principles for efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the development team on Agile/Scrum practices.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Foster collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Track and report sprint progress and team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software/tech environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
