Responsibilities
- Define and execute Babban Gona’s information security roadmap.
- Lead our ISO 27001 certification journey and embed compliance into culture.
- Roll out enterprise-wide security initiatives that empower, not paralyze.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on security risk, policy, and

Requirements
- 8–10+ years in information security with increasing levels of leadership.
- Hands on experience implementing Compliance standards (eg ISO 27001 ) from scratch successfully.
- A history of designing and launching key security programs like Vulnerability Management or Security Awareness.
- The ability to write policies that are both rigorous and readable.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills—especially when explaining complex topics to non-technical leaders.
- Bonus if you have:
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or ISO Lead Implementer.
- Experience securing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- The grit and grace to build a security culture from a low baseline.
