The Role
- Lead frontend development for high-performance betting applications handling thousands of concurrent users and real-time data streams. You’ll architect solutions that work flawlessly whether on a flagship iPhone or a ₦50,000 Android device.

- Build sophisticated web applications with React/Next.js/TypeScript
- Develop native-feeling mobile apps with React Native
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets
- Optimize for African internet speeds and budget devices
- Lead technical architecture decisions
- Mentor junior developers and drive best practices
- Create reusable component libraries and design systems
Requirements
- 5+ years frontend development experience
- Deep expertise in React OR React Native (or both )
- Working knowledge of the other platform
- Expert JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Advanced state management patterns
- Real-time application experience
- Strong system design capabilities
Nice to Have
- Betting/gaming/fintech experience
- Both React AND React Native expertise
- Published apps in production
- Team leadership experience
- Performance optimization at scale
