- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-structured, maintainable code.
- Provide multiple technical solution options to address business needs, evaluate trade- offs, and lead the chosen implementation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Apply unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity and code quality where applicable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and performance issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software development using the Microsoft stack.
- Strong command of C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework, and MSSQL.
- Experience with Web API, RESTful services, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and evaluate multiple technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Some exposure to using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.
