Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, requests, and concerns.
- Manage shop cash and stock operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cordial customer relations and deliver excellent service standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Motivate colleagues and promote a customer-first culture.
Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or shop operations.
- Experience in cash and stock management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Energetic, assertive, customer-focused, and a proven team player.
