- We’re looking for a Shopify Engineer who loves building scalable, high-performance ecommerce experiences that delight users.

Responsibilities
- Developing and customizing Shopify themes to deliver pixel-perfect ecommerce experiences.
- Building custom Shopify apps and integrations with third-party services and APIs.
- Working with Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks to extend Shopify’s capabilities.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship features quickly.
- Optimizing storefront performance, SEO, and accessibility for millions of users.
- Ensuring mobile-first, responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and supporting production issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer/Engineer (Shopify Plus experience is a big plus).
- Strong knowledge of Shopify’s Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience customizing Shopify themes and working with the Shopify App ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL) and webhook integrations.
- Understanding of e-commerce performance optimization, SEO, and responsive design.
- Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
- Bonus: Experience scaling ecommerce systems for high-traffic sites.
