Job Overview
As the Specialist, Solution Delivery, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end software delivery process across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams. You will coordinate and lead Agile practices, manage delivery timelines, and ensure technical excellence to support Ikeja Electric’s digital transformation and operational efficiency.
You’ll contribute to:
- Leading Agile software delivery processes, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborating with software developers, architects, and stakeholders to define and deliver quality technical solutions.
- Validating technical design documents and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Ensuring tool accessibility and readiness of the delivery environment.
- Managing project plans and delivery timelines, while creating a motivating and productive team environment.
- Ensuring smooth transition of solutions into operations, meeting all SLAs and operational expectations.
- Coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders to align roadmaps with business needs.
- Driving digitization, continuous process improvements, and adoption of DevOps practices.
- Supporting post-release services and collaborating with QA, UX, DevOps, and Technical Writing teams.
Technical Competencies
- Professional certification e.g., PMP/PRINCE II
- Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Knowledge of Agile & DevOps methodologies
- Previous success in producing deliverable software platforms
- Experience developing in-house platforms for internal processes

- You will coordinate and lead Agile practices, manage delivery timelines, and ensure technical excellence to support Ikeja Electric’s digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- This role directly reports to the Lead, IT Enterprise Applications. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in in a software development environment.
- Practical experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or in similar capacities.
- Experience in completing software delivery projects within scope, time, and budget.
