Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user research to understand customer needs
- Create detailed research plans and objectives
- Analyze user feedback and behavior patterns
- Present research findings to product and design teams
- Collaborate closely with product teams to refine features
- Develop personas and journey maps to guide design
- Conduct usability testing on product features
- Summarize insights in a user-friendly format for stakeholders
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Engage users through interviews, surveys, and focus groups
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
Requirements
- 3+ years UX research experience
- Experience with research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge of financial services a plus
